The town is home to the University of Camerino (UniCam), founded in 1336 and officially recognised by the Pope in 1727. It is currently ranked as the best university in Italy among those with fewer than 10,000 students.

We especially encourage you to bring a cup for water/tea/coffee: we want to minimize the amount of plastic garbage produced during the coffee breaks.
